New Life Baptist Mission is a service agency formed to assist Churches in planting Fundamental Baptist Churches in the islands of Leyte and Samar in the Philippines, and preparing missionaries to serve in that region, and in other parts of the world.

The Filipino sending churches direct the work of their missionary and contribute to their support. New Life Baptist Mission advises and trains the missionaries, and provides supplementary financial support. Jim assists the board and missionaries of New Life Baptist Mission through Training and Consulting. He frequently visits these mission churches.

Currently, there are 26 churches in the New Life Family of Churches.
